Description
Uppingham School seek to appoint a first-rate Teacher of Economics & Business to join a high-achieving and thriving department.
As Teacher of Economics & Business, you will teach Business, or Economics and Business to a high standard at Sixth Form level. In addition to this, you can expect further responsibilities outside of classroom teaching both within our co-curricular programme and as a tutor in one of the School’s fifteen boarding houses.
You will be a strong, dynamic character with excellent subject knowledge, exemplifying this with a good degree and a strong educational background. Your professional skills will be broad, demonstrating good classroom management skills, in addition to a proven track record of excellent teaching. We welcome applications from ECTs or graduates willing to undertake a teaching qualification whilst working.
