Description

Uppingham School in Rutland is currently seeking a skilled Domestic Team Leader to join our dynamic team at one of our bustling boarding houses. As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and housekeeping standards within the facility.

Key responsibilities for this role include effectively leading and communicating with your team to ensure smooth and organised cleaning procedures. Your positive “can-do” attitude will serve as a motivating force in your day-to-day tasks.

Your primary duties will revolve around upholding high standards in cleaning and laundry services while ensuring the team’s efficiency. Additionally, you will be responsible for training staff in the safe and proper use of equipment and chemicals and ensuring an adequate stock of cleaning products.
