If you are passionate about Rugby and have ambitions for a future in sport, this position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your career working alongside a world-class coaching team in a school with some of the very best sports facilities in the country.

Our graduate programme aims to prepare you to be able to run your own sports programme and allows you to gain valuable experience. You will work alongside our Director of Rugby and experienced Rugby coaches to increase, stretch, and challenge the provision of our current programme whilst promoting participation in, and enjoyment of, the game. You will also be exposed to the latest evidence-informed coaching pedagogy, coach up to 16 hours a week and take charge of your own team. It will be a year of discovery and exploration as you find your own coaching and leadership philosophy.

Alongside your coaching responsibilities, you will be expected to play a full part in this seven-day-a-week boarding school. This will include involvement in the school’s exceptionally varied co-curricular programme, as well as being attached as a tutor to one of the school’s 15 boarding houses.

If you share our vision to transform lives and change the world through providing sporting experiences that build skills for a lifetime of achievement, enjoyment and wellbeing, we would be delighted to hear from you.
