Description

Uppingham School has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and hard-working Administrator to play a key role supporting their extensive sports programme.

As Administrator, you will assume responsibility for the day-to-day operational processes of the sports programme, coordinating equipment, transport, catering, and fixtures lists. You will balance costs against an annual allocated budget, liaising with external and internal providers where necessary. You will also oversee data entry onto the SOCS operational planner, as well as collate and communicate a weekly sports summary to be distributed to the relevant internal and external stakeholders.

You will be an efficient team worker with excellent organisational and communication skills, maintaining a flexible and adaptable approach to your work. You will be IT literate, familiar with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook, pairing this with proficient data entry experience.
