Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled administrator to play a key role in the smooth running of the admissions process at Uppingham School.
In this role, you will provide administrative assistance to the Admissions team supporting the applications process to ensure a swift and efficient admissions journey for prospective students. To achieve this, you will undertake a range of administrative responsibilities including:
- Supporting the processing of accurate pupil data
- Reviewing and checking documentation
- Entering data into our Admissions CRM
- Exporting, reviewing and preparing data for planning purposes
- Supporting the administration of recruitment events
We are looking for a personable individual, with excellent time management and organisation skills and excellent attention to detail. You will be experienced in the use of databases, online platforms and software including MS Office, Teams, Zoom and Excel. You will also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to deal confidently with a wide range of people.
This is a fixed term position for the duration of 6 months.
