Description
Uppingham School Sports Centre is seeking a dedicated Leisure Assistant with a proven track record in customer service to join our team. This role offers an exciting chance to play a pivotal part in the smooth operation of a state-of-the-art sports facility.
As a key member of the Sports Centre team, you will:
- Be the first point of contact for pupils, staff, and members of the public, offering a warm and professional welcome.
- Oversee the swimming pool as a qualified lifeguard (training can be provided if required).
- Ensure the facility is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation.
- Support the day-to-day operation of the Sports Centre, ensuring an exceptional experience for all users.
We are searching for an individual who is passionate about delivering an outstanding service, with strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with a diverse range of users. You should hold or be willing to work towards a National Pool Lifeguard qualification.
