Description

Uppingham is seeking an experienced administrator with experience of working in an estates / facilities management environment to play a key role supporting the Mechanical and Electrical Services team.

You will be a central point of contact for all Mechanical and Electrical Services enquiries, allocating jobs to internal teams and external contractors, and ensuring that all tasks are completed within the agreed service level agreements. The position also provides administrative support to the Head of Mechanical and Electrical Services and the Lead Engineers, assisting with matters related to planned preventative maintenance, electrical and mechanical infrastructure and maintaining effective communication across the school.

Additionally, the role acts as a key contact for both internal and external stakeholders and carrying out other administrative tasks to support the wider estates team.

You will be an organised and experienced administrator, who is comfortable in a busy office environment, and confident and proficient in using a range of software, including Microsoft Office,

You will require excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
