Outside of the classroom, our academic staff are greatly involved in pastoral care and boarding house life, as well as contributing to the School’s exceptionally varied co-curricular programme. This could be through coaching sport, leading community service initiatives or teaching pupils a skill of their interest as part of the Enrichment Programme.

Many of our academic staff join us following successful careers outside of teaching, while others have taught at leading schools across the globe. We also provide opportunities for recent graduates in our sport, music and drama departments. Additionally, we have a number of roles available each year for Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and trainee teachers.
