Description
Uppingham School is looking for a Cleaner who want to be part of a warm, friendly team dedicated to making our school feel welcoming, well‑kept, and homely. Your work will have a genuine impact on the daily life of our pupils and staff — helping to create calm, comfortable spaces where our community can thrive.
Available hours:

These roles offer a predictable, family‑friendly routine that fits smoothly around school runs, studies, or other commitments — perfect for anyone looking for meaningful, part‑time work within supportive and flexible hours.
You’ll play an important and valued role in keeping our pupil homes looking their very best. Whether you’re brightening communal spaces with dusting, sweeping and vacuuming, refreshing carpets and shared areas with deeper cleaning, or supporting daily routines through meal service and laundry, everything you do contributes to a caring, well‑maintained environment that feels like home for our pupils.
Extensive added benefits include free Westfield Healthcare, discounts, and free membership of our Sports Centre.
Additionally, we have House Domestic Cleaning positions across our residential Houses available from 9.15am – 2.25pm offering the chance to join a supportive team where your contribution is valued. Many of our staff combine various House and Central Cleaning roles.
