Description

Uppingham School Sports Centre is looking for an energetic and engaging Fitness Instructor to deliver a range of group fitness sessions within our well-equipped and welcoming fitness facilities. Working with members of the School and the wider community, you will lead safe, motivating and inclusive classes that encourage participants of different ages and abilities to enjoy exercise and achieve their fitness goals.

Working hours: 2.25 hours per week, all year round. Ideally, we would like 1.5 of these hours to be worked on Wednesday evenings however we are open to discussing this further during the interview.

About you

We are looking for a confident and motivating instructor with the ability to lead engaging group fitness sessions for participants of varying ages and abilities. Holding a recognised fitness qualification, you will bring enthusiasm, professionalism and a strong focus on participant safety. You will communicate clearly, build positive relationships with class members and create an encouraging environment that helps individuals stay active and achieve their fitness goals.

Ideally, you will hold qualifications in indoor cycling and suspension training.
