Description
We are seeking an experienced cleaner with supervisory experience to play a key role supervising cleaning activities at Uppingham School.
You will lead a team of Domestic Cleaners to provide a sufficient cleaning service to the highest of standards.
You will ensure cleaning standards are maintained, applied consistently, and developed further and staff are suitably trained to maintain standards in line with any applicable regulations and legislation.
You will need to maintain a close working relationship with the Assistant Cleaning Manager, as the job will require working together on a number of tasks and activities. In depth knowledge of cleaning procedures and effective communication skills are essential.
