Description
If you offer accounts receivable experience this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role acting as the central point of expertise on behalf of the bursary at Uppingham School.
As Fees Supervisor, you will maintain the school’s fee ledger and billing portal, ensuring new parents and pupils are set up correctly on the system, in addition to ensuring fees, discounts and all pupil recharges are billed accurately.
You will also be responsible for ensuring fee receipts and entrance deposits are posted as and when received, as well as managing the sending of statements to parents and preparing appropriate debtor communication documents on behalf of the Finance Director.
You will also assist with monthly management accounts and the year end audit.
In this role, you will be supported by Ledgers Administrators.
Experience with data input, accounts receivable and administration is essential, in addition to strong IT skills, including the ability to analyse data.
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage and understand detailed information and strong communication and excellent teamwork skills are equally important.
