Salary: £6,842.50 per annum

Description

The Uppingham Group is seeking an experienced administrator to play a key role coordinating our fleet of vehicles.

You will join the group’s Transport Team and support the accurate and efficient management of our vehicle fleet and home-to-school bus service.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating all elements of the vehicle fleet, including documentation and reporting
  • Liaising with parents, school staff, and transport providers to ensure smooth operations
  • Coordinating and handling enquiries and resolving issues related to school transport

You will be working 15 hours per week, term time, preferably late morning or afternoons.

To be considered for this role you will need strong organisational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong IT skills and the ability to analyse data.

You will also require proficiency in using administrative and transport management software and will also have good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

A full UK driving licence is also required as driving may also be required.
