Description
Uppingham School is seeking a professional and friendly Health Centre Administrator to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our Health Centre, providing crucial administrative support to our school nursing team.
About the Role
As the Health Centre Administrator, you will be responsible to the Health Centre Nurse Manager and will support the entire school nursing team. Your responsibilities will include handling general reception duties with professionalism, greeting visitors and responding to queries, carrying out administrative and clerical tasks, and assisting the Health Centre Nurse Manager to deliver a comprehensive service to our pupils, parents, and staff. This role is for 22.5 hours a week, term-time only.
We are seeking a candidate with a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. You will bring exceptional organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritise accordingly.
Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be engaging with individuals at all levels of the organisation. Previous experience in a busy administrative environment is also required.
